Hire and fire type company. No career and individual growth. Lots of politics. Managers, HRs and management are worst. Threatening environment. No bonuses or perks. No standard at all. Very high attrition rate.

...ts which you can work on to improve your skills.Politics happens alot over here. Salary hike is a very big thing even if you work day n night. No promotion till you work for 3 years. Managers will give you tough time even if you work the right way. Noone should join this firm ever, it's better sit at home and wait for the right opportunity than killing your career.
