Work life balance and ease of working with an amazing group of colleagues which is very essential when you work in an evolving sector which has numerous issues.

Dislikes

All's good but only thing is Delayed promotions and salary increments.

Good for non performing employees as top management is fool to understand the skills

Dislikes

Company cut down the salary by 20% of all employees irrespective of department and not giving the variable pay because company is in huge loss and have money only for 1 year survival. Company did the fraud with investors to raise the funding by showing 2x of actual revenue by recording fake contracts which doesn’t exist and no amount receivable. Just wondering how these big investors didnt do the proper due diligence this is a big question on integrity.

They don’t have a proper office NCR, they play hire fire play with the employees, company is direction less in terms of market product fit, no learning and growth. Don’t waste your time and energy here.

Nothing to dislike. But a call-out is, do expect the regular challenges that any growing company building a new market and product category has to go through. And more so, when it operates in an industry that is the least digitized, at planet scale, and employs the most humans on this planet, the challenges only get amplified. It takes a lot to be able to face these head on every single day. And that's what every Cropinite is working through...it isn't easy. But then easy isn't fun!

Work Culture of the organisation is very good and motivating the newbies to upgrade their skills in a supportive professional environment.

Dislikes

I had only 2 months of working experience with the organisation as a summer intern, within this much period of time it is difficult to evaluate the negative sides of an organisation. The only expectation was regarding the pre placement offer which was missing what I felt after working with CropIn.
