The variable pay is practically non-existent; I wouldn't count on it at all. Don’t expect any help from HR when you need it. They’re completely unresponsive.

The company claims to value diversity but fails to act on it in practice. Working from home is the only way I can be productive. I regret taking this job. The stress and lack of support have taken a toll on my well-being. Managers lack the skills to inspire or uplift their teams.

Leadership is out of touch and doesn’t listen to employee concerns. The environment is toxic, filled with backstabbing and politics instead of collaboration and support.

This firm has no regard for work-life balance; expect to be burned out. I strongly advise against choosing Prudential; the process is a nightmare. Promotions are a joke; they rarely happen and are never based on merit. Employees are constantly leaving, which creates instability and uncertainty in the workplace.
