If you are fresher then it is Ok for you..But no training is provided..If you are self learner then it is fine otherwise you loaded with responsibilities and if it is not completed then ready for harassment.

Dislikes

All are dislike.Too much politics.Lalit Panchal is the COO of the company and he don't know how to treat with the engineers and employee.He dosen't know the professionalism.Very very bad company.Think twice before you are joining with this company.
