there are not much things to dislike about the crest ,because no company can be perfect. few policies related to holidays and overtime keeps on changing . since crest have their fixed domain ,less opportunity to learn new technologies

Company culture is good due to Friendly directors but policies are not fixed due to non availability or no working by directors for company

Dislikes

Management is directly handled by 4 HODs which don't know single word of management and they make director fools which limits growth of company and its employees
