... not provided any training. Generally, University does not discontinue services. The university pay salary negotiated at the time of interview. The university doesn't have any standard appraisal and innovation policies. The university provides liberal perks to make stay comfortable.

Dislikes

The university doesn't pay salary regularly. Due to which most of the faculty and staff members don't attend office which affect the education of the students and implementation of qualty standard for Education. I was not allowed to go to other places other than university and my residence due to security reasons.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
