At the initial stage from 2016 to till lockdown credence was great for everything, however know after lockdown when total manegement they have changed and belive me the credence become manegement brutal

Good place to learn about equity and derivaties, but the work environment litrally quite and place far away from town, daily routine is little bit touch

No colleagues, far away from town, in case of emergency option are very poor, no allowance and no leave

One of the worst company I have ever seen in my entire life. Full of internal politics. From HR , Operations. The problem is this company was started in 2004 with few people and it was a success to them and split among them self like HR , and other roles and any employee has any issues or concern these above guys comes into picture and will stand with the Operations not with the employee.

As it Has GOOD CAREER OPPORTUNITIES & LESS & APPROIPTAE WORK , The Interview Rounds are Good As Well, As the HR will Train you Before the Interview & Make you Leran & Pracites Your self, Nice & A Good Stable Company. ☆☆Very Good i must Say! Well , The thing Which I don't Really like it's A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY , I went there for invt. • And the Only REASON I GOT REJECTED WAS MY SWEET VOICE. which They don't Require. ▪ Kind & Bold One must Apply NOW. Althou, ☆CREDENCE IS A GOOD COMPANY. IN IT PARK PUNE.

Overall it was a great experience working with CREDENCE. I got a chance to work for collection process, learn so many things like how to use tactics, when to give rebuttals, and many more.
