It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

Likes

Better starting salary than others. compensation is at par with many other companies. Very interesting digital projects. Relatively flexible company.

Dislikes

Employees and managers get involved into politics which is not the need of the hours.

...od/canteen facility No transport No employee career and benefit programs/perks Lots of firing happened in COVID-19, without notice period and no pay. list can go bit lot, but above all are lacking badly at Creative.

...or on time delivery taken more responsibilities. Supported flexibly at weekends. I have realized bad about company when a fresher joins with the company for my salary even though my experience is more. Management is chopping all the hikes nowadays even though having good revenue. I am open to say very bad experience for me working for such a long time without any good hikes. No skill development no adoption of new technologies. If you want to waste your time in learning nothing then your wish.

False promises. They extract more work but u get nothing in return. Sorry to say this.

Creative provides numerous advantages, however, their pay is competitively fair in the market experienced staff are there in the company for 10+ years. and promotions happen annually

tea coffee are not given on time no medical facilities over here - too unstructured company
