Nothing to like about the company.

...e ask you to work more than 5 days a week, and 9 and half hour is compulsory. 2. The salary does not match the market standard. 3. There is no concept of promotion in this company. 4. Management gives a limited license on Udemy for 2 weeks to complete a 50-hour-long course that has lots of hands-on training 5. There is no work satisfaction, and you will be working under high pressure. You don't know when they may lay you off without any notice. 6. Company Culture is very toxic; if you are not liked by your VP and Manager, you will be laid off. 😅

It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

I have been working as a senior Automation Engineer at Creative Synergies Group for the past 4 years, and i must say that it has been an amazing journey so far. CSG is a great company that provides endless opportunities to learn, grow and enhance your skills.

While CSG offers competitive salaries and benefits, some employees may feel that their compensation is not commensurate with their experience or level expertise.

There is nothing to like in this company some bunch of idiots at top management running this company.

... as they give lollipop to everyone and later will come to know that it's fake. First they are hiring everyone in bulk giving good package but in some month when they failed to get client which is upper management fault they will ask to leave the organization and this will affect future career as well so please don't join and save yourself

...od/canteen facility No transport No employee career and benefit programs/perks Lots of firing happened in COVID-19, without notice period and no pay. list can go bit lot, but above all are lacking badly at Creative.
