Increment concept is not in their dictionary. No Buddy can easily resign form company due to 2 months notice period and it can be increased. Company Hiers employee as per government minimum weages as casual worker for IT Support. Their is no facility for employees only work. Commitment kinds of thing are absent in company, company setudped at Kolkata managers are in other district and employees are in third company full of unprofessionalism....

The company is work on different projects . Salary credited on time. No external pressure by your team lead or manager. No overtime culture at customer place.

Dislikes

No any skill development program conducted by the company. Sometimes we feel like a sleeper sell. No any activity follow by company managers. Not provide any information like , engg of the month or best service provider or best engineer type rewards no appraisal culture on your performance base. HR policy is too poor, sometimes they forgot to wish your birthday also. No any id card updation process is follow by the company between 1 0r 2 years, after change your position. we can say that they are careless.

Good for beginners, they have deployed to me client location , good work environment and culture, not good salary or compensation

Money wise you get a good leap in your first hike and you cannot expect something like that consistently . career wise you can learn a lot us you will be handed over, the responsibility of handling Major activity. You will have a significant growth in yours career, technical knowledge and designation

Resigned Process is very bad.No time limit only 15 days to notice period of company side.You are resigned of our company.
