The business Module is amazing but the coordinators really have to work on providing information to the teachers and artists. They never seem to respond to any of the query and they speak very loosely. Sometimes they don't even carry professionalism while speaking and messaging. After the demo , they don't inform you about the registration despite asking several times. The teachers are left hanging by these coordinators. Anybody who's in charge of these coordinators please have a look into this

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
