One of the Best Company.. Nita Madam and Lalit sir Best motivators for all staff's. My bad luck due to Pandemic my branch at HSR layout closed are else I would have been in the company. Love to work again in same company if I get a chance.

Some employee in higher authority like GM speaks realistically very sweet but cunningly he divides the team make trouble among the people. It reduce the potential of employee and the company.

Everything is good there always store manager will be helped us like everyday morning store manager taking us braffing updates monthly target achievement. And monthly once VM also visiting our store he will take to with us personal store information like want you have requirements tell me I will help you next time but always our store Will be growth everyday I enjoyed in store with my lovely colleagues. Every festival we will be celebrating in our store

Everyday Store glasses also staff members Only cleaning that is biggest problem. Permanently House keeper not available in our store

As i work with this organization.I am very happy yo work here and the customer profile is very good and this is brand which the customer prefer most.and i hope in future there will be a more branch in worldwide.from last 1 years the management has also changes and this will be chance to grow more and more.as i observe that the more frquently customer is foreigners they like the quality as well as service of cottonworld and i am very to be a part of this organization thank you.

well! as i work more than a 3 years being a part of this organization the appraisal is not so good so am unsatisfied with this.there should be changes in incentive structure which is given every month to staff.and i hope there will be changes in both of this
