From learning perspective it is a good company. You will get a very good exposure if you show interest and fulfill the expectations of the management

Dislikes

Even after working hard, your efforts were never recognised in monetary terms. You will only get more work and no reward, promotion, salary hike etc.. The top management is busy in making the money for themselves and least bothered about the business and the growth of the employees. Management is just busy in pleasing the promoters so that they can earn more and more money.
