.... Every month new member recruited and few months old engineer left the company. Recruitment cell taking charges like a half of the salary when getting job confirmation and after this real business start of torturing and finally the new member won't survive in few months service only.

...is the first company I ever see where qualification and experience don't matter. If you have funds in your pocket you can't get a job with a very sub-level salary. For example, a transport company junior-level data operator gets a technical job in Cosmo. One more thing whether you're an 8th pass or Btech holder you get the same designation and salary. A person without knowledge of quality tools & previously worked in a bar gets a Quality engineer job. This is because the management running this unit is very noncompetitive and has no professional degree. All they want is money and get a job scheme.

The company has great aspect of innovation, new design and new products and specially complete MAKE IN INDIA concept running company.

Working hours is little bit more and salary growth is very much less.

Salary mai thore problem rhta hai old employees k salery kam hote hai lakin new employees k salery jaida hote hai . Or company bhut ache hai lakin or b ache tb ho skte hai jb company ka malik yha khud bethe to or b acha ho skta hai. Kyuki unko khud pta chlega kon kaisa kaam kr rha hai. Baki sb theek hai maine b bs isee vje se choda tha company salery hike nhi ho rhe the bs, company k director ko company mai rhna chahiye. Tbhi wha pr ho rhe loss ko wo dhk skte hai sales se hi nhi hota sb kuch, in house jo wastage hora hai usee b dhkna hoga, or product ki proper R&D hone k bad hi product ko market mai aai, tbhi company or sbhi competitor ko lead kr paiga, sir mukesh biyani please look this meter.
