. good work environment and cultural.The company is a better' but I am interested to tata project.company police are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and the company management done nat address our issues.salary growth is slow. Onthe job in new joining in april.but i am interested in tata project.

It's a manpower consultants which works majorly for Tata Projects Limited. I was working with Quality Services division. Positive points are that you are working for Tata Group and mostly manpower is hired on contract but your contract renews automatically. Usually there is no employee layoff until & unless you have violated company code of conduct.

Working on contract. Very less salary growth.

corrival is manpower outsourcing consultancy so it never take stand of its employee infront of his business customer.

Aftr appointment,corrival will never call you or respond properly on your problems. They will throw you out of the company without any reason. It is a 3rd party firm,never ever join these kind of 3rd party companies.
