Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no time limit and heavy work pressure no salary growth according to work. Plant work is not so happy because of it is a chemical plant heavy toxic gas release so that health is going to decrease

No system. Nothing. Many people having long services. So their so called loyalty are becoming liability to the organisation. Sincerity towards the organisation is poor. Who are all working long time pulling the company down.

Its all about trust the higher officials show on the new entered engineers. They are free to learn and never need feel to hesitate. Special mention must go for the food and accommodation, i promise you you will never find such a great accommodation and food facilities elsewhere.
