There is no time limit and heavy work pressure no salary growth according to work. Plant work is not so happy because of it is a chemical plant heavy toxic gas release so that health is going to decrease

No system. Nothing. Many people having long services. So their so called loyalty are becoming liability to the organisation. Sincerity towards the organisation is poor. Who are all working long time pulling the company down.

Very big company. Financially strong company. During corona time no one layoff. Very good job security. Gives good priority to safety. Good work life balance.

Overall company is good. Manager and above people are lazy and pass on the job to juniors.

Its all about trust the higher officials show on the new entered engineers. They are free to learn and never need feel to hesitate. Special mention must go for the food and accommodation, i promise you you will never find such a great accommodation and food facilities elsewhere.

On the other hand, Getting leave is not that easy, so work-life balance a must forgettable thing. And increment is even horrible matter there.
