only they are giving one sick or casual leaves per month and last Saturday is also working. from this situation employees needs hybrid mode, we are expecting a 2days hybrid mode from the next month.

Good environment to work with. Management is also good and provides various facilities like Health Insurance, PF's etc along with good annual appraisal's. For talented people, job security is not a concern as the company is always open to encourage people with talent. Collaborative work environment is seen in company.
