Cooper is undoubtedly one of the best organizations. It is my fourth company and they hired me on the basis of my skills, not by the experience. So, I will always be thankful about that. People here are terrible worst experience you will get no growth,they can kick you out whenever they want after working for a year when you ask for increments you will be getting increment of 500rupees if your work was good worst experience plzz don't go there
