The company is very small and there is so much toxicity in the environment. The so called Managers only care about work and never appreciates your efforts. Never understands your Problem. Never recommend anyone to join this Organisation.

Be cautious when considering opportunities with a company that claims to be affiliated with Google. Despite my initial excitement to join such a company, I now regret my decision as I have not received any benefits. The HR function is subpar and the company does not have its own office, instead sharing space in Trantor's Udyog Vihar office. In addition, the internet connection was not properly maintained during my three quarters with the company. Two accidents involving company cabs occurred during my tenure, and the company did not seem to take them seriously. Ultimately, this company appears to primarily function as a resourcing company for Google email marketing projects, hiring and subsequently terminating resources as needed.Don't fall in the trap in the name of Google. You won't get any benefits. Even I joined them in the name of Google but now I repent on my decision. They will give you notice on every small thing. HR function is total crap. They don't have their office too anywhere. Udyog Vihar office is the Trantor office and they just share it. They couldn't fix the internet even in 3 quarters. During my tenure, 2 accidents happened for their cabs. They are not even concerned about it. In other words, It is just a resourcing company that works for Google email marketing projects and hire resources and dump them. No learning at all.
