Delay in salary payment(they will pay but some delay is there) and job sercuity is less(but its good for people who looking for short term career and people looking for a job after a career gap)

I worked for Continental Group for seven years. Left the company earlier and rejoined! Management give salary on or before the salary date without fail even if there is no income generated by my colleagues. Even if you do not work and collect the payments from clients on time, your salary is paid on time by Management unlike other corporate companies. Continental is working on systems and no body can fool the Management. If you are not capable to prove your mettle, why does management keep you by paying salary.

Dislikes

Will have to work in the systems and directions mechanically. Disobeying instructions guidelines and serious breach of punctuality are not tolerated.
