Don't ever join consolidated analytics if u have a secure low salary job stick to that job, don't join this company just to get salary hike, they will hire u and fire u after 3-4 months without any reason, without any prior notice. management team leads all people are worst. Don't join this company i repeat don't join

My overall experience is 4 out of 5. You can get free food at office for all the shifts. Also cab, shift allowances, medical insurance and employee engagements have been provided. Note : This is a startup company.

You have to be under a control of particular gang. They will decide whether to provide work to you or not. They will not let people to learn. TL say i will make you to learn. But they will not do anything

Excellent onsite team motivating us to grow up in career but offshore is very worst

Very worst work culture. Higher level and HR team used to flirting female resources. If we ignore and move aside they will target and escalate. Female shouldn't wear anklet they used to remove from their desk itself .exployees shouldn't come inside even they are emergency for washrooms. They will target only married women who is from poor family background. They hardly stand or sit speak minimum 3hrs continues but other resources shouldn't sit attend onsite call from meeting halls they have doubts and torture us to sit with them.

Nothing. This place is horrible place to work.

Dislikes

Very high turnover. All positions will eventually be sent overseas. You literally train your replacements while management lies to your face. No raises! Favoritism is very obvious. HR is no help with any issues. They advise you to go to your manager, but the manager is who you have problems with. Very unprofessional.
