Nothing to like that much, Not a worthy place to work and get exposed to corporate

...k for company earning profits, without bothering the employee growth and career. Almost 10x more than our salary they charge from clients for our work and pay us 1x of the charges. I won’t recommend anyone to choose Consero for their career learning and growth, as the growth and pay is so less as 15k to 28k for 2years without much hike and that too for stay in a metropolitan city.

Work From Home flexibilty is amazing. Training methodology for new joiners now is really great.

Dislikes

There is bond for atleast 1 year for new employees. Salary hikes and incentives are not upto the expectations. Daily work allocation is a bit of an effort but management is working towards it.

Learning and Development opportunities. Interaction with US team. Supportive team mates

Bond. Taking our original certificates. Bad appraisal. Including variable bonus within the CTC and paying the same half yearly, that makes the take home monthly salary very low.

.... Collecting original certificates from employees. Signing of bond for two year. No salary during notice period. Full n final settlement after paying the company for breaking the bond

There is nothing to like except WFH permanently. However most of the company gives WFH but do not do micro management

Dislikes

... WFH but micro management and there is no personal life beyond office hours too. Lot of work pressure which is beyond your capacity and it is marked as under performer and reduce your bonus.
