There is no HR policy, very poor management, they deduct salary unnecessary, put LOP if TL took you on his or her ego , on tata cliq process there is TL name Ashish sarkar he manipulate girls and asked them come to Oyo bcz he will help you to get promotion. If you complaint to hr they will do nothing, after notice period they hold salary for mnths they says in there policy FNF settlement time is for 90days . There are lots to say , very bad company

Bad environment and culture and there is lot of issue regarding to salary and career grow is slow I didn't like this organisation there is lot to say about this company but this is not right way

Worst company ever I worked with, you don't get salary for last month even if you worked,I did not get. HR are worst they dont help you one of them is neha

Worst company i worked with, HR are fake one of them is neha, they dont pay me for last working month. This is very shameful, I dont suggest to anyone to join this organisation.

...erson called siva kumar asking money from employess and he is assistant manager. no security for employees, disrespectful and no compensation hike for all employees who were joined since 3 years ago.

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

There is no negative things in conneqt. Because I have already worked with it and after resignation, I again joined conneqt business solution and I'm currently working so I know very well about it.
