Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

There is no negative things in conneqt. Because I have already worked with it and after resignation, I again joined conneqt business solution and I'm currently working so I know very well about it.

So much Politics in this company I have there for 2 years and I was performer over there after that also they even not given me 1 rupees of increment and also in designation and at the time of living the company when I resigned they rejected my resignation as the don't wanted to live the organisation when I complaint so ep hr (kiran) told me that I have to give resignation again and fory higher studies I raised my resignation letter but for urgency I was apsconded from there this is my worst experience with Qconneqt suggest you to work with any other reputed company but in this.

The company has not proper fixed time table. The computer system in the office is broken on the floor and is not working properly. The system is not very convenient, we have to sitting it at different places every day, that is why we have to sitting it early in the morning.To the working people. There is no one on the office floor to take charge or support. The system is not working properly, so no matter how many times we ask for a new update, no one pays attention. There is no proper management. worst This company is not more time any candidate work there and not like this company.

...gh salaries are received on time there are always discrepancies in the salaries. They anyways offer low salaries but with that they also don't provide what was promised. They will change your office location on the 1st day of work. Everyone is just pointing fingers at each other, no one tries to take any accountability.

When we go for Training or briefing and RTM's Supervisor they do logoff. PMI & Incentive Doesn't credit in your Ac. Even if your performance is good. On floor There is lots of system issue. And still Supervisors yells at you to login.
