It's a good company to work. They have been supporting employees during covid19. And we were getting salary on time.

1 dislike Team politics. Management doesn't know about it. They should know about these things andstop such nonsense behaviour of employees.

I loved to work with Tata business support services.Thay had very good working environment. Very supportive HR, TL, Managers, Anyone can start his/her career early. HR team was conducting few activity daily. Teay ware also conducting cricket,Volleyball,turnament.so you will never feal that you are alone.They will treat with you like his Own Full Enjoyment with good work.

...any is Q-connect. Since when T-bss tieup with Q-connect.Every thing got changed. Every month Employee have to face salary issue .even T-bss had very bulsit rule according to that he was giving same salary to Each Employee.Either you New or you worked 5yr . you will only get 9300 Rupees.Now HR team is also useless. That's why now only if I talk about Mohali center his strength is below 100 in Inbound as it was more than 500 in 2017.

Nothing to like except that your specified salary is credited to your account every month

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
