I have done 2 years with connect I love the rapo of. Team ledears and work environment was good and we can imporve skills no pressure of work better salary will be low a part from salary no issue

Work culture and management are good. Job security is there and you can always learn grow internally once you are eligible to apply for igp learn a lot from this company and met some good people and negative too haha

Salary is less here as the process I was with is domestic process and appraisal is like tortoises and 6 days a week is pathetic and week off are like hell and you always have to work for more than 7days and more to get your week off
