Since starting as a Direct Support Professional I have been able to move up in the company with the right support. The joining process was very Good and the HR team was so friendly and Support with All Employees My direct manager was extremely supportive and helpful in all areas where I struggled. I was able to communicate in a timely manner with my direct manager and other staff.
