Management should be flexible to discuss concerns like leave policies or salary deductions to make employees understand the needs of presence in live projects. Or may be involving and celebrating small successes or birthdays or local celebrations actively to retain them for long term basis. Those are suggestions only. No dislikes honestly.

If you want waste your time then you can join happily, 1) Salary not in time 2) these all ratings are fake , they all are office employee, 3) received salary after 3 months later, 4) salary deduction without any notice, 5) no value of a hr in ofc, So guys please join if you are free and you want to waste your time ..and future....
