However, mid-level managers often fail to represent the success of the team with management. They prioritize favoritism and try to dominate genuine team members.

A lack of opportunities for professional growth and development. A work environment that isn't best suited.i really enjoyed the teamwork aspect of the job,liked seeing how all the pieces of our projects came together in the end.and this job is something that greatly appeals to me, because i typically end up learning a lot about in capable of when working with others in concept medical.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place.look,mi have many good ideas,and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company.BUt from my position I am not allowed to suggest any Idea for improvements.i am supposed to follow the orders of my superior,and that's it.
