No work life balance and no weekend holiday is available properly. In some month weekend available and in some month weekend not available and benofit only you will to learn more

No salary increament and its dificult to take holiday and no work life balance and work pressure is too high some days u will work 8 hour or some.days you will work 12 to 14 hour no weekend abailable ...no supportive manager if you ask to leave even you wilp ask to leave on sunday its dificult have to get leave if work pressure is high because no extra resource is available.

Need replacement all the time even though company didn't have fund to move for site. They pressure to move by telling DA will come at the end of the day. At the end of the day I realise it's just a lie of all the time. When not moving. All of them treat employee very bad by warning of replacement. They think that comm4 is the only company.

There is no value of an employee, whats over an employ is performing multiple job responsibilities while working on field, coordinating with Installation Team investing own salary on team for survival, doing ATP and handling Management Issues while getting allocation from customer for the company and spreading its own business in different circles.

There are several issues with company you don't have any job security, no increment, they creadit salary on 15th of every month, sometimes they took more days to creadit salary like 25th or it may be 30th of every month, For DT engineers it's terrible as they never creadit full cab payment and at the end they will keep your earned money and they will never pick up call, your personal life will be spoiled as there are no holidays you have to work on sundays as well for 14 to 17 hrs per day.
