My ratings are enough to give details. A typical lala company with work environment is same like lala ji ki dukaan. And job security depend on mood of lalaji. Lots of company politics. Be clear about your job responsibilities before joining.

Dislikes

No skills growth, not career growth, no extra benefits only in-hand salary. Nothing to learn. Lots of politics. Play the game of Hire and Fire. Spoil candidate carrier.

Very smart Top Management people. Unique cost cutting methods.

Dislikes

It is an illegal company. They don't follow compliance (EPF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, etc). They actually don't have any payroll system and hence they release payouts haphazardly. Being very rich, they give a high amount bribe to the labour inspector and escape all labour court proceeding.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
