Nothing to like, No training given High salary offer is a trap After 2 month salary is paid half and it continues for another 3 month may be . After 6 month because of politics you will be thrown out of company. Ask competitor Employees either they will give you bad reviews or not knowing much about the company. during April and december they throw out employees like anything . Strict security guards like Bouncers Beautiful girls are only permitted for interview boys are only entertained in Sales department. Girls are being treated badly . This is HELL.

...ged labourer. No structure, no culture and no firm policies in the organisation. There is pay cut when you take a single day leave. Management has no trust over employees and hence the company and brand has no growth despite it's long existence. Hire and fire is quite common. This organisation is worst than even a distributor payroll job. Don't go by the sugar coated words of HR before joining, just after joining they would show the true colours. This company deserves to shut down.

...out the company, 1. Good corporate culture with well- experienced management. 2. I was getting salary on time. 3. I was always appreciated with promotion for my work. 4. Top management were always supportive and they will always involve employee in meetings and decision making. 5. There is proper security in the office, you will never feel unsafe. 6. This is a safe and stable organisation. - Got my experience letter and all documents on time, their HR is very supportive. - I worked around 8 years in Columbia Petrochem ltd, because of family shifting and personal reasons i had to leave the company, but it was one of the best experiences i have ever experienced in my career.

Th enviournment is enjoyable that's the ultimate incentive for people to come to work. Fun activities are performed time and again to rejuvenate employees. Their efforts and contributions are appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded. In my opinion, it's a fabulous place to work.

Everything thing is terrible here. Your self respect will be shattered and you will be thrown out of the job anytime for any silly reasons. Expectation of your performance delivery is very high but without any authority. FNF will never be released. So here employees leave the company without information and after taking there monthly salary credit. Technical person get to know about bad reputation of the company so they don't join or blackout during offer. But non-technical person never know this during joining so they fall prey and again search job within first week of their joining. This is a career destroyer company in the market. Please avoid ########.
