This is a safe and stable organisation. - Got my experience letter and all documents on time, their HR is very supportive. - I worked around 8 years in Columbia Petrochem ltd, because of family shifting and personal reasons i had to leave the company, but it was one of the best experiences i have ever experienced in my career.

Everything thing is terrible here. Your self respect will be shattered and you will be thrown out of the job anytime for any silly reasons. Expectation of your performance delivery is very high but without any authority. FNF will never be released. So here employees leave the company without information and after taking there monthly salary credit. Technical person get to know about bad reputation of the company so they don't join or blackout during offer. But non-technical person never know this during joining so they fall prey and again search job within first week of their joining. This is a career destroyer company in the market. Please avoid ########.
