Management local is very terrible.. They even won't delegates things .. Keeping everything with them.. Not value employee... Poor thinking... Micro management... Try to create fear in work culture which is not at all acceptable to employees of young generation...

- Very bad working environment - Un hygienic working conditions - Worst working cultures - Monopolies of peoples holding higher positions for a long period of time without any value - Dominating new commers & subordinates,who don’t obey their orders.

Subsidiary of Columbia USA, mnc company but culture is typical Indian owner based company. Lot of culture change is required. Lot of micro management.

Columbia machine Engineering is leading manufacturer of Concrete based machinery. Here we have good opportunity to increase Knowledge in Purchase & Development. Also, here all coleuge working with Happily & in team work. Just To achieve production target is not our Goal.The customer who have already purchased machine in past i.e. Coustomer support is also important things. Which we understood better.

Here working environment is Good.also, I have learned lots of new things in Purchase department. But , Growth is slow. So, I have decided to change it for Growth only.,

As our company is a subsidary of a USA based company, here we used to follow our mother company. So problems while doing something new will be very less.
