This is a great company to work for, they can competitive pay, and have great infra and policies overall.

Dislikes

Ending up in a poorly cultured tream can disillusion you into believing that this company is poor. It probably is poor, since they can not measure how unhappy or harassed many employees in some pockets of this organisation. I don't want to cite racism as an excuse but it seems that bad culture only exists in Indian teams. Seeing some of your peers unnecessarily harassed in siloed teams can make you think that India HR is toothless when it comes to defending indian employees' right to have a safe and healthy work environment. CEOs office needs to assess better how unhappy people are.

Policies are really helpful . Salary offered is also good .

If you want frequent switch/changes , this company is not for you . It slows down a bit your learning curve. But due to policies and culture , you can stay in company as long as you want

The most preceious thing is Job security which meets this requirement as well as Salary growth is nice.

If we see overall working culture, nothing to dislike. Every college manager all is very supportive and echo friendly.

...n too bad 1. 15% variable 2. too little option available to reduce tax burden. so even if you get a good hike, chances are you would be getting almost the same inhand pay from last org.

...e of Onsite Visit. Transport and food is additional advantage (other than CTC) Good departments according to pay & learning: Engineering/Capacity than TRC than NOC. Service Delivery less pay & heavy work load.

Service delivery department : Too much work load. No career Growth. No time for invitation and idea implementation. Complete Desi Lala company however it is MNC. ** Job is Highly unsecure. Company fire every year engg. and manager (some of them served more than 10 year & fired in 10 minutes) ** Highly unskilled/ rough manger including Director in service Delivery. People coming on weekends to complete their week jobs without any benifit just to save job.
