1. Office infra is good. 2. If you are lucky, you can found a supportive senior which every employee looks for. There are very few.

1. Toxic work culture. Seniors and managers are not supportive. Everyone tries to compete with you. 2. Poor work-life balance. You have to work 10+ hours in a normal day. During deadlines, you have to work on Sat and Sunday as well for 12+ hours. 3. Unprofessional Managers and HR. You may easily hear taunts from them. So be prepared!
