There is a culture of innovation developed so well within the company. New ideas are welcomed with broad open arms and are given alot of importance. One of the best companies to be in as it has a great prospective future in aerospace and defense.

The compensation is not as good. Growth in terms of salary isn't so good. You are given a good salary when you join, but the growth is slower in the subsequent years.
