...ess this just can’t be a single paragraph. This place disappoints like no other. They have pathetic salary ranges. They do dry promotions every year, the workload increases with promotion and title changes but salary remains the same. People here like to micromanage and take pride in it. Leaders threaten over a meeting for giving them legitimate reasons or just to ignore the real problem when they can’t solve it. Managers/leadership here doesn’t make any sense and they don’t talk about new and realistic ideas and approaches. They just throw their thoughts, processes and themselves over their subordinates. They are just Hippocrates bunch of people running a company and only favouring their favourite people from the lot

Worse work culture. If you are good at Licking you are welcome. No growth prospect. No learning opportunity. Worse increments. Leadership and company just works for personal benefit and do not care about employees.
