No Culture ,Working ours are not fixed you have to work here minimum 12 hrs in 8 hrs salary and that is 16000 for a month (mentioned salary is for minimum 4-5 years experience person . Zero job security.No Leader in organization.

Work environment, new process learning, culture, challenges, helping hands in tough situation, on time salary even company tough situation like Covid, supporting managmemt, respectful team who works under us.

Senior management are quite good ,especially Rahul pabari, Sanjay Sharma and Abhishek yadav ! They all are thinking about client and their own junior staff and Mr RamRaj and Mr.Ak Bose (Ashit Bose)these two people are most arrogant and toxic person

Due to Mr.Ramraj's toxic behavior at the Ahmedabad location, several manager have resigned, Similarly, in the Transport Division, Mr Ak.Bose(Ashit kumar bose) lack of vertical management skills unethical practice have led to significant job losses. Mr.AK Bose was completely reliant on shudhanshu Tripathi and Ankit Jha (assistant maintenance manager) both of whom were heavily involved in corrupt practices. While employed by the company, they operated their own businesses under its guise. Despite being aware of this Mr AK Bose not intervene. Ultimately, the company's transportation segment had to be wound up as result of their actions.

Building is in prime location but surround by local warehouse and truck movement causing the area untidy and no close hot spot to explore anything near by even the one of cup of chai . having only the tapris which are made for truck drivers and daily wage employees

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Good company no dislike
