I have worked with the company for more than five years. But during the duration the salary was delayed for more than 3 months. Infact I was promoted also but as the manager changed the promotion was cancelled as he was not ready to accept and the company supported. Later on suddenly company asked to leave due to company being in loss. And the salary was not given. Infact the Gratuity fund was also not released. Shame on Mr Sharma. The employees who supported them during company being in loss the never gave there salary only.

...llingly and forcibly outside of the bucket without appreciation or remuneration. The company policy is to fill the RnR,promotion or salary hike forms very honestly but without any hike or promotion the center head,the GM,the CEO,the HR team always after filling the forms says after 2 or3 months company is giving the hike but next after 6months the top management says company is in loss so next time. For couple the monthly salary was also given in installments

Dislikes

To take responsibilities that's out of the box and after the work is done perfectly the taunting of the senior management it could have been done thisway that way. The company changes its name very frequently and addresses. The company didn't pay the last month salary to the employees except those who have sued the company.

The staff and management was always supportive and did whatever they could however the problem with senior management of the company .

Dislikes

After working for more than 5 years the company's senior management never realized how much we did during the downfall of the company. We survived without salaries for 4 months but still stood with the company. I feel cheated as my dues were not cleared nor Gratuity Fund. They was no one to address the problem. It's been two years still there revert is awaited.

There is nothing to like this company, they are just making fool to all employees. The directors are so mean and never think before sacking their employees and never paid employees.

Dislikes

Here, employees are treated as bounded labour. Cheap mentality of directors and management. Treating employees as bounded labour.
