Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It is very bad company. They dont provide salary on time. They do cheating with the employees.my last monthe salary still not given by contrive and they planning same for every employee suffer from this. They play politics for the salary and they also dont provide salary slip. They dont transfer PF regularly. My two months PF still not transfer from contrive side. Overall very wrost experience. They use the people for their work and dont pay for same. Not only me other employees who worked with me face the same problem
