Great place to work in a pressure free and friendly environment. Loving work here because all staff is very nice and employees are friendly nature with co-workers. Best management where company's MD coordinate with employees directly.

Only aspect which helped me come to work was the few friendly faces i worked with.

Dislikes

It's definitely a company that i will not recommend. Absolutely no respect, it's like an army base. Everyone is rigid, working overtime..company offers no benefits, no proper place to work. Overall it was the worst experience. There is no place to grow in this company and very abusive.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
