In Salasar, management are very unprofessional specially a Managing Director Vipin Chauhan he use abusive language in the office, they stopped the salary. Nitin is also a Co Founder of the company he is very unprofessional person. Senior are not supportive Management Senior Customer services executive

They have absolutely 0 respect for others. basic humanity is missing. I was hired and after a few days. I lost someone dear in my family, so they fired me with a few more allegations that we don't like your work. I understand that creativity is subjective and when it comes to learning there is no proper guidance, no senior creative person to guide. Both the bosses approve peice of content they feel creative is which is absolutely baseless in my eye. If you are kind of person, who know their value and not afraid to speak them out loud. unfortunately, this place is not for you. If after this if you still decide to go, make sure you embarss them with your creativity every single day.
