... time, like never, there's always a delay, and they always make excuses for it.
The workload doesn't justify your compensation at all. And the manager treats you very poorly.
They have unrealistic expectations from their employees; trust me, not a single one of their competitors works the way they do. Just think about it, a 2nd year or 3year college student is writing blogs on every topic you can think of. Writing on a topic that they are hearing for the first time that too within 36 hours, now imagine the quality of the blog. Nobody reads the article of coding ninjas, and that too for a good reason.
The manager is supreme here, they can have you fired within minutes if you have a little disagreement over some topic.
Respect yourself a little and do not work here.
Firstly, the company has great work environment with top management listening to their employs and understanding the requirements.
They really try to give employs a healthy work-life balance to maintain productivity at work.
Great company to be a part of and to really understand what enjoying work is like.
There should be an incentive or compensation for overtime benefits.
Appraisal, instead of fixed bracket as per rating, should be variable as per performance.
When I joined the organization, everything was good. However, later on, things went from bad to worse. I discovered that the founders could not handle difficult situations and were very afraid of making bold decisions. There was no job security, and the senior leadership was entirely corrupted. There was no reason to continue working for the company, as they would force employees to resign and carry out layoffs. It's better to seek employment at another organization instead of this one.
Here's the revised text:
1. Senior leadership is completely ineffective.
2. There is a lot of favouritism and politics at the mid-level.
3. Lack of job security.
4. Inadequate incentives and increment policy.
5. Limited opportunities for career growth.
6. Those who flatter their superiors have an unfair advantage, as they are the only ones getting promoted.
