My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...or first 6 months then it may or may not increase. 6 days work 9+ hours of work. They won't pay good but expects good performance. A total time waste.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

They appoint you as fresher with very less salary and after appointment they expect you to work as experienced employee and put alot of pressure on you. Working here feels like you are not a recruiter but a sales person.

Lack of leaves, you can take only 1 paid leave per month and if you take more than 1 leave per month they deduct full day pay from salary, one of the worst leave policy I have seen. You are basically a slave to the company here.

Everything one of the worst company I have ever seen. Please don't join in this company such a scam. They will treat you like dog and they will throw you in a road. You can think and read abt the reviews but it's totally fake. They will ask employees to fill it with 5 Star rating. Don't trust and don't spoil your career by wasting time.
