Management cooperate during initial time but as time passes the work culture becomes highly toxic and unnecessary salary deduction happens.

Dislikes

.... Not able to provide proper requirements for the products. Low paying capacity. Unnecessary salary deductions. Rules are made and broken every time that favours company and against employee. No appraisal. No job security. Expectations and work demand is very high. Notice period is of 30 days if you resign but it becomes of 7days when company ends employment. Very late salary credit that goes upto 20th of next month.
