...lete comfort zone.... not war zone no targets no pressure no salary increment... recently introduced variable pay but the V.P achieved so many rules. not respect senior employs.. each branch has a unique rule,, Management gives full support to the staff who are always praising the management... finally good...

...sphere, job security, No politics, slow career growth because of small net work. In coastal bank no appraisal system, no scale of pay. management give nominal increment to every employee in the financial year beginning
