Nothing...I hate the discrimination among the employees and they keep on telling us there will be salary increment but nothing was change.they keep on changing our process and they put us on a new process for training for more than 8 months and we do nothing.I hate when we put our fullest effort and got only basic salary sometimes....discrimination is more with the north east employees

no job security , There is no hearing of the employee cheap mostly junior level employee for HR she does’nt provide resolution to the employee for anything. Even to get promotion there is a politics only .

Hi, Concentrix is a really good place to work, I have learned many new things and enjoyed alot. I spent more than 5 years in Concentrix and everyday was a new day to learn and grow.

Dislikes

I liked each and everything about Concentrix. The increment and Appraisal cycle need to be improved, tenured employees should be given more importance in case of a market correction and increment.

Worst management 0 appraisal after 3 years no help in covid period they are forcing for wfo. After doing so no cab facility are provided by the company. All promises are faje

It was a horrible experience for me however you will find job safety but apart from that you will not find any staff support and there will be lots of promotion but it will depend on connection not on your work.politics is at peak here.its better to join it for 1-2 year don't look permanent career here.
