I dislike the fact that they haven't paid me for the last three months, suddenly reduced my salary by 50% without notice, frequently change plans without communication, lack support from project managers, and they fired me without any notice. It's better to sit at home without a job than to work at Cnetric Enterprise Solutions.

Work environment is the best. No stress, no pressure, no strict rules. Everybody is helpful in all the work.

Dislikes

Back then the policies here were real bad. Policies regarding the salary structure and designation, promotions, bonus everything. Not sure if it is still the same or changed.
